How did you get started?

I got bored with the globo-gym atmosphere and processes, and lack of results.

How does this activity impact your mental, physical, and / or emotional well-being?

New skills are learned every class, community, intensity, motivation, mental reset, coaching, new friends from different backgrounds, high variability of activities.

How does this activity bring wellness to your life when other activities have not?

Every day is different. You and others can see and feel the difference. I can't wait for the next day's class or events.

We also schedule regular scheduled social events.

I enjoy being the student again.
