I am an IPEC Certified Professional Coach with 10 years of experience, 200 hours of coach training, and more than 250 client coaching hours.
I was a successful Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon with a busy practice and a beautiful family.
I had the successful practice that every surgeon aspires to achieve, but I couldn’t enjoy it because I had no time; I was too stressed; and I was trained to prioritize my patient’s care over my own well-being. At times, I was approaching burnout, but most of the time, I was just not able to feel the enjoyment of such a great career.
Sometimes, I would feel like I needed to accept my destiny as a surgeon. I was good at what I did, and my knowledge and skill was increasing like any other performer who practices their talent over and over. I truly felt that patients were benefiting from this experience. That’s when I discovered the benefits of coaching.
