Meet Donna
I am a practicing board certified pediatric dentist and physician coach. I have practiced in hospital, community health, and private practice settings, and have been involved in resident education for 25 years in the Greater Seattle, WA area.
Becoming a coach was a natural progression from a multi-decade commitment to personal growth. I completed coach training in 2019 and received ICF certification in 2020. My affiliation with SurgeonMasters began in 2023.
I find that holding space in and having time for reflection during coaching sessions allows clients to have new perspectives and take action towards becoming their best self.
When not seeing patients or coaching, I can be found in both home and community garden spending time with my husband and dog.
