San Diego, CA., June 17, 2021 – SurgeonMasters welcomes three new coaches — Richard Korentager, MD; Carla Smith, MD; and Prasanna Tadi, MD — to the roster of SurgeonMasters Peer Coaches. These four individuals began training with SurgeonMasters in September 2020 and have accumulated the skills they need to assist peers in myriad ways.

Richard Korentager, MD, is an educator, clinician, and administrator who focuses his coaching on Leadership, General Life/Career, and Health and Wellness.
Carla Smith, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon and currently practices medicine as an orthopedic hospitalist.
Prasanna Tadi, MD, is the Stroke Fellowship Program Director at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center and serves as the Director of Wellness for Graduate Medical Education and Neurology Residency Associate Program Director.
