What is your favorite wellness activity?
Working out. I work out 6 days a week . I start early while the rest are still sleeping. I wake up at 5:00 am. 45 min is all you need!
After 15 yrs in private practice, I started taking 1 week off per month. I average 100 cases per month. and when I’m on its very busy, but i look forward to the week off monthly.

How does this activity impact your mental, physical, and / or emotional well-being?
i feel full of energy and well recharged. Taking time off has not impacted me financially at all!!

Mental rest and taking time off are crucial in preventing burnout.
