I am a practicing surgeon and critical care physician who came across coaching during my quest to develop wellness resources for physicians that they would actually want to use.

During my journey, I realized that we have cultivated so many important tools during our clinical training, but do not always have the opportunity to reflect on the less tangible aspects of our professional lives that may bring improved job satisfaction.

As a physician coach, I partner with physicians to help them explore areas where greater self-awareness might help them develop tools to pave a path forward, and gain clarity on the influence they have on their own goals and aspirations.
