Meet Dan
As a Physician Assistant of 20+ years of experience, I have worked in academic, hospital owned, and private practice orthopedics. My journey into coaching began when I became a service line Director of Orthopedics while a practicing Physician Assistant in Orthopedics. I had been involved in education of students and practicing PAs in Orthopedics and additionally speaking on organizational PA/NP Integration and Utilization. My speaking and mentoring grew into an interest in professional coaching. I have since completed over 60 hours of coach training through SurgeonMasters and currently practice as a PA in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at a Critical Access Community Hospital in North Lake Tahoe. We provide acute and elective care to local residents and patients visiting eleven plus ski resorts, local interstate, outdoor recreation on local lakes and mountains.
I have developed a unique perspective as an educator, clinician, administrator, and the spouse of a surgeon throughout their education and transition to practice. My clinical experience, business education, and now coach training have given me varied skill sets I bring to my coaching.
