Physician Coach Training On-Demand

Physician Coach Training is for physicians who want to develop coaching skills that foster reflection and growth during eight modules of self-paced, on-demand coaching education and LIVE practice coaching with colleagues. Whether you want to enrich wellness, enhance peer support, develop leadership abilities, or create a coaching side business, Physician Coach Training will support your purpose.

Register for training on-demand and structured in (8) eight, 7.5 hour modules. In each module, participants engage in a deliberate practice cycle to develop their skill set.

• Independent Study – Articles, coaching studies, and videos introduce module skills.
• Coaching Skills Videos – Coaching skill videos reinforce and further the skills introduced in the independent study.
• Practice Coaching with Physician Colleagues – Apply what you learned in the independent study and physician coaching skills videos during LIVE practice coaching sessions.

Physician Coach Training is a Level 1 accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) program.
