Hi Community:
Each of us deals with discomfort differently and each of us finds different things uncomfortable. For example, I am happy to improvise in surgery when I know that any injury or fracture requires this no matter how much pre-op planning I do. However, on June 16th, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and into Improv Training, where Improv is more about communication, teamwork, and navigating those areas that challenge and frustrate me more. I hope you’ll join me! With this improv training session, I hope to accomplish three simple goals:
- Have fun while learning something new
- Become more comfortable answering questions on the fly or outside my happy place
- Improve how I respond to others in an effort to build collaboration and effect positive change
