Dr Michele Knox is an ophthalmologist, accomplished physician leader and a Master Certified Physician Development Coach. With 30+ years in medicine, she understands the challenges and pressures of healthcare and life.
As a coach, Michele helps physicians and other medical professionals navigate the challenges of healthcare and life with greater grace and ease.

With a 25+ year career at a very large group practice in Northern California, Michele served in leadership roles at all levels: Department Chief, Medical Center Assistant Physician in Chief and Regional Leadership for Operating Rooms and Procedure Rooms for 21 hospitals. Her medical training was completed at Dalhousie University in Canada and University of California San Francisco.
