Physician Coaching 360° Program features are customized to meet the needs of the client. Participants choose a blend of interviews with team members, leadership, and staff chosen by both the organization and the individual client, and the option of direct observation of the physician in their practice environment.
- Intro Coaching Call – An introductory call between the client and the coach to establish the relationship.
- 30-minute Discovery Conversations – Independent interviews with leadership, colleagues, and staff members to gather candid feedback.
- Onsite Observation – Observation of the client in clinic, the OR, office, or other professional settings to gain additional context and insights.
- Summary Report – A confidential, redacted awareness report with key themes and recommendations for the coaching engagement.
