Our 360° Interviews & Coaching program is a Virtual Awareness Assessment that combines structured feedback with personalized coaching. Organizations gain insights from multiple perspectives, and surgeons receive the guidance and tools to put awareness into action.
Virtual Awareness Assessment Includes:
- Intro Coaching Call – Introduction between Client and Coach. Discussion about coaching and the relationship.
- 30-minute Discovery Conversations – With leadership, colleagues, and staff
- 6 × 55-minute Coaching Calls – Ongoing one-on-one sessions with the surgeon client
- Summary Report – Awareness assessment, key insights, and recommendations for extended virtual coaching engagement
