Dear Community,
I’ve been reflecting on the power of coaching principles and their potential to enhance our professional lives and personal interactions.
The one word that keeps coming to mind is: “broadly.”
Coaching skills are versatile—they can be applied in our daily interactions with patients, colleagues, employees, friends, family, and even ourselves.
While it’s important to distinguish between a professional coaching relationship and the use of coaching skills in everyday life, the coaching approach remains a powerful way to communicate and support others.
The coaching mindset encourages:
- Support without judgment
- New perspectives and alternative pathways
- Strategic planning and action steps
All of this without telling others what to do.
