I can get away from everything. I get a great sweat, it keeps me fit, and I get to be with my friends.
I can burn about 500 calories per hour, so this is also a great way to enjoy a nice meal afterward.
How does this activity bring wellness to your life when other activities have not?
Squash is great because it is high intensity, and when I am playing, my focus is on the game and not anything else.
