The presentation was originally scheduled for Toronto, Ontario as a session during the Society for Vascular Surgery Annual Meeting.
“I have known for the last decade that coaching was a game changer in healthcare for outcomes, as well as our mental and emotional well-being that are so critical in our ability to deliver excellent care. We’re constantly being put to the test, with few tools to support us, and a fractured community that hasn’t always worked well together. Coaching is effective because we have two incredibly intelligent, caring individuals working together for one common goal. That’s a truly powerful thing.” Jeff Smith, MD, SurgeonMasters CEO
