Hi Community,
Phil Jackson, the Zen Master, is one of my favorite coaches of all time. He is known for his ability to get the most out of every player – from the best athletes in history down to the guy on the end of the bench.
He understood that each individual brings strengths contributing to the team, and when each of us is set up for success, the team is at its very best.
Call it confirmation bias, but I’m excited to launch the upcoming SurgeonMasters’ group coaching programs in 2024.
- Physician Fellows Group Coaching Series – Leverage coaching to get the most out of your Fellowship year!
- The 8 PRACTICEs Group Coaching Series – Learn and integrate the 8 habits of those most likely to achieve successful, fulfilling, and sustainable careers.
- Intro to Physician Coach Training – Get a taste our 60-hour Level 1 ICF accredited training program with just 15 hours.
I believe these will be great opportunities to leverage our individual strengths and perspectives to create fresh ideas and achieve our goals. Physicians – together we are stronger!
